We can advise you on the design and planning of your new central heating installation and give you a free estimate for the works.  We will supply all the necessary materials to complete the job quickly and efficiently.

All our estimates include for a condensing boiler in accordance with Government Energy Efficiency regulations which came into force on 1st April 2005. These regulations also specify that your current heating system must comply with the energy efficiency regulations.  This may mean your current system will require updating with thermostatic radiator valves to radiators and new motorised valves.  We will include for this in our estimate. Under the terms of these regulations we are required by law to fit condensing boilers and you are required to notify your local building control department at your Council offices, that you have had a new boiler.  .  As a registered installer we can do this for you through Corgi . You will need to do this as from January 2007 you will have to have your boiler registered and be able to provide a certificate to be incorporated in the Home Information Pack when selling your property.  You will receive this certificate from either the Building Control Office once the inspection has taken place and been certified as a safe installation or from Corgi once we have registered your installation.  For more information click on the following link. http://www.idhe.org.uk/Boiler%20advice.pdf#search='oil%20boilers'

If you require just a new boiler we will advise you on all the necessary work required to upgrade your current heating system to comply with the new building regulations, whether this be just thermostatic radiator valves or new zone control valves for heating and hot water.
